Sanshui Jing An Communication & Transportation Facilities Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in development, manufacture and installation of road traffic control systems and related products. Founded in 1985, our company has now developed into a large-scale enterprise with full line of products and strong ability to provide auxiliary items among other fellow companies in our country. With both scientific researching and manufacturing capabilities, we are also recognized to be one of the High-tech Enterprises in Guangdong Province, a Civil High-tech Enterprise in Guangdong Province and one of the Model Enterprises of CAD Engineering Applications in China. After our company was certificated by the ISO9001 International Quality System, the project "Intelligent Traffic Control Systems for Medium and Small Cities" has won the National Technological Innovation Fund for Medium and Small High-tech Enterprises.

　　 Our company has a land area of 19,000 square meters and a floor area of 10,000 square meters. The annual value of production of Jing An Company is nearly a hundred million yuan while our profit payments and tax turnover can averagely exceed 15 million yuan every year. We have 282 employees, among whom 81 people (28% of all) have received education in junior colleges or universities. Furthermore, 59 employees have professional technical personnel titles, among which 41 are junior, 16 are intermediate and 2 are senior.

　　After many years’ development, Jing An has gradually established a sound research & development system. Up to now, we have set up the following R＆D organizations: The Market Research Department which specializes in market researching, information collecting and analyzing; the Test Center which specializes in testing and inspecting of our products; the Design Center which specializes in products developing and designing (including the ITS Engineering Development Center and the Technological Development Center); and the Project Department which specializes in system promoting, project designing and project installing. We have also cooperated with some universities and research organizations in establishing “The Postgraduate Working Station of the Intelligent Transportation Research Institute of the CAS Software Corporation” and “The Postgraduate Working Station of Wuyi University”.
